Terms and Conditions for AZ Infotech Web Hosting Services

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between the customer ("Client," "you," or "your") and AZ Infotech ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of our web hosting services. By signing up for or using our web hosting services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Web Hosting Services:

   1.1. AZ Infotech agrees to provide web hosting services to the Client, including domain registration, website hosting, email hosting, and SSL certificate services, as specified in the selected hosting package.

   1.2. The Client acknowledges that the availability and performance of the web hosting services may be subject to factors beyond AZ Infotech's control, such as internet connectivity, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

2. Account Setup and Usage:

   2.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the account setup process, including contact information, billing details, and domain registration information.

   2.2. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. Any actions performed using the Client's account will be deemed as authorized by the Client.

   2.3. The Client agrees to use the web hosting services for lawful purposes only. Any use of the services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment and Billing:

   3.1. The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the selected hosting package and any additional services requested.

   3.2. Payment for web hosting services shall be made in advance as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.).

   3.3. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of the Client's hosting services.

   3.4. All fees and charges are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

4. Data and Content:

   4.1. The Client is solely responsible for the data, content, and materials hosted on their website. The Client warrants that their website and its content do not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon any third-party rights.

   4.2. AZ Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting services if the Client's website is found to contain illegal, inappropriate, or harmful content.

   4.3. The Client is responsible for taking regular backups of their website data. AZ Infotech shall not be held liable for any loss or corruption of data.

5. Support and Communication:

   5.1. AZ Infotech will provide technical support and assistance related to the web hosting services to the best of their abilities.

   5.2. Support requests should be initiated through the designated support channels provided by AZ Infotech.

   5.3. The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information when seeking support, and to cooperate in resolving any technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability:

   6.1. AZ Infotech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the web hosting services.

   6.2. The Client acknowledges that the use of the internet and web hosting services carries inherent security risks, and AZ Infotech shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of data.

7. Termination:

   7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party.

   7.2. Upon termination, the Client's access to the web hosting services will be revoked, and any outstanding fees shall become due and payable.
